It is still quite chilly out this morning. A great day to start with oatmeal! I cooked the oats in milk with a chopped up banana, dried cherries and a little coconut. I use the plain dried coconut from the health food store. Not the flakey sweetend stickey stuff. Once that was done, topped it with a crushed up graham cracker, strawberries and a plop of plain yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra fiber. Delicious.
Sadie will get the left overs on her cereal this morning too.
